If you have had a change of heart about this item, or another item you have bought or might have received, we will need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in its original undamaged packaging.

 

You can exchange items up to 3 days after the date of purchase for the same value or more, while delivery charges are non-refundable. However, please note that your item might be subject to a restocking or a repackaging fee deduction. Please remember to get your receipt or name of gifter.

 

Returns can be made within 3 days, and you will be reimbursed with store credit. Store credit is valid for 30 days, and will automatically expire after that period.

 

For items from third-party designers, you are only allowed to exchange within their brand and for the same value or more.
